Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 5 and Savings Provision) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 1st April 2018.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1980 Act” means the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(1);
“the 2016 Act” means the Education (Scotland) Act 2016.
