6.  In regulation 33 (out of hours)—

(a) in paragraph (3)(a) for “contactor” substitute “contractor”; and

(b) in paragraph (6)—

(i) for “contactor’s” substitute “contractor’s”; and

(ii) for “contactor” substitute “contractor”.
