PART 1 S INTRODUCTION

Citation, commencement and extent S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marketing of Horticultural Produce and Bananas (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force—

(a) as regards this Part and Part 2, on 1 July 2019,

(b) as regards Part 3, on exit day.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
