Arrangements for the surrender of a zombie knife

3.—(1) The Scottish Ministers may make such arrangements as they think fit to secure the orderly surrender at designated police stations in Scotland of zombie knives.
(2) The Chief Constable of the Police Service of Scotland may designate any police station in Scotland as being suitable for the receipt of zombie knives surrendered under arrangements made under paragraph (1).
