19Searches may be made and copies taken by any person
Subject to the provisions of this Act, and to any rules made thereunder, any person may, on application at the register office, at such times as may be limited by the registrar in that behalf inspect and search the register and any other books and indexes which may be required to be kept at the register office under this Act, or any rules made thereunder, and may take copies thereof or extracts therefrom.
