14 S In section 8 of the Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act 1928 (application to Scotland), for the words from “region” to “county” substitute “ council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 shall be substituted for references to a council of a county ”.
