13.—(1) For sub-section (1) of section 17 there shall be substituted the following sub-section:—
“(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them respectively, that is to say:—
“Attorney General” means
“court of the Territory” means
“forces”, in relation to a country, means
“Governor”, means
“law of the Territory” means
“legislature of the Territory”
(2) In sub-section (5) of section 17 the words ‘and in this subsection the expression “enactment”
