4. The Whaling Industry (Ship) (Amendment) Regulations, 1956(1) are hereby revoked and paragraphs 1 (b) of Part I and 1 (b) and 7 of Part II of the Second Schedule to the 1955 Regulations shall be read and have effect as if the said Regulations of 1956 had not been made.
