The Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) (Amendment) Order 1976 No. 293

3.  Part 1 of the Schedule to the Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) Order 1975(1) shall be amended as follows:—

(a) after paragraph 15 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

“15A.   Any inquiry or hearing held under paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946(2), as modified by paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Community Land Act 1975(3), not being an inquiry the holding of which is, under paragraph 4 as modified, obligatory.”

; and

(b) after paragraph 20 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

“20A.   Any inquiry or hearing held under paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947(4), as modified by paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Community Land Act 1975, not being an inquiry the holding of which is, under paragraph 4 as modified, obligatory.”
