SCHEDULE 5 U.K. APPROVAL MARKS REQUIRED BY COMMUNITY INSTRUMENTS—REQUIREMENTS AND VARIATIONS

9.—(1) The marking relating to item 20 in Schedule 4 shall be affixed to the motor vehicle part specified in column (3) of the said item in such a way as to be indelible and clearly legible even when the said part is fitted to the vehicle. U.K.

(2) The marking relating to item 21 in Schedule 4 shall be affixed to the motor vehicle part specified in column (3) of the said item in such a way as to be indelible and clearly legible even when the said part is fitted to the vehicle.

(3) The marking relating to item 22 in Schedule 4 shall be affixed to the motor vehicle part specified in column (3) of the said item in such a way as to be indelible and clearly legible even when the said part is fitted to the vehicle.
