1. This Order may be cited as the Genocide (Anguilla) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 17th April 1987.
2. Section 1 of the Genocide Act 1969, modified and adapted as in the Schedule to this Order, and section 4 of, and the Schedule to, that Act shall extend to Anguilla.
3. The Extradition (Genocide) Order 1970(1) is amended by the insertion of Anguilla in Schedule 3 thereto (British possessions to which the application of the Genocide Convention is extended).
4. The Fugitive Offenders (Genocide) Order 1970(2) is amended by the insertion of Anguilla in the Schedule thereto (countries mentioned in Article 3 of the Order).
