Amendment of principal Orders

2.—(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breckland) Designation Order(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph 2 below.

(2) In the first sentence of Schedule 2 (Requirements for arable land which is to revert to heathland or dry grassland), Schedule 4 (Requirements relating to uncropped wildlife strips) and Schedule 5 (Requirements relating to conservation headlands), the words “in rotation” shall be deleted.
