The European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 No. 1203

2.  The second column in the Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1989(1) is amended as follows:

(a) for the second entry there is substituted the sum of £2.75, and

(b) for the third entry there is substituted the sum of £5.00.
