The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 17 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988(1) (in this Order referred to as “the Act of 1988 ”), and of all other enabling powers, and within the period of seven days next following 1st August 1992, which is the next revision date for the purposes of that subsection, as defined by subsection (3) of the said section 17, hereby makes the following Order:
