Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Asbestos at Work (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 1987(1).
