Agricultural Credits Act 1928 (c. 43)
3. Section 5(7) of the Agricultural Credits Act 1928(1) (meaning of “bank” etc.) shall have effect as if the reference to an institution authorised under the Banking Act included a reference to a European deposit-taker.

Relevant amendments to section 5(7) have been made by section 51(1) of, and paragraphs 2 and 14 of Schedule 6 to, the Banking Act 1979 (c. 37), and by section 108(1) of, and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 6 to, the Banking Act 1987 (c. 22).
