• The Magistrates' Courts (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders) (Republic of Ireland) Rules 1975(5)

• The Magistrates' Courts (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders) (Hague Convention Countries) Rules 1980(6)

• The Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981(7)

• The Magistrates' Courts (Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982) Rules 1986(8)

shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
