1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Registered Restrictive Trading Agreements (Inspection, Copy and Certification) (Fees) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st July 1993.
(2) In these Regulations, “the register” means the register of agreements subject to registration under the Act compiled and maintained by the Director General of Fair Trading in accordance with his duties under section 1(2)(a) of the Act.
(3) The Registered Restrictive Trading Agreements (Inspection and Copy) (Fees) Regulations 1977(1) are hereby revoked.
