5. In the exercise of the powers to obtain evidence and information described in the Schedule to this Order the Attorney General may serve a notice in writing on any person requesting him to furnish to the Attorney General any information in his possession or control or to produce to the Attorney General any document in his possession or control within such period as may be specified therein—
(a)concerning any petroleum or petroleum products which that person knows, believes or suspects to be held in the Bailiwick by an Iraqi person, or to which an Iraqi person is entitled; or
(b)required to enable the Attorney General to ascertain whether any petroleum is or petroleum products are held in the Bailiwick by an Iraqi person, or whether an Iraqi person is entitled to any such petroleum or petroleum products.
