The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the British Museum Act 1963(1) and now vested in him(2), hereby, with the agreement of the Trustees of the British Museum, makes the following Order:—

1.  This Order may be cited as the British Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1 June 1995.

2.  After paragraph 5 of Part I of the Third Schedule to the British Museum Act 1963(3) there shall be added the following paragraph:—

6.  No. 23 Blythe Road, London W.14..

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order adds No. 23 Blythe Road, London W.14 to the list of authorised repositories of the British Museum in Part I of the Third Schedule to the British Museum Act 1963.
