1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Grimsby Health National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 12th August 1996.
(2) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires—
“the Order” means the Grimsby Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(1);
“the trust” means the National Health Service trust established by the Order.
