The Income Support and Social Security (Claims and Payments) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996 No. 2431

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Income Support and Social Security (Claims and Payments) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 15th October 1996.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” shall mean the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987(1).
