Regulation 2(2)
SCHEDULEAMENDMENTS TO THE DIRECTIVE
In Annex IV to Directive 89/686/EEC the following words shall be omitted:
“Additional information
The last two digits of the year in which the CE marking was affixed; this information is not required in the case of the PPE referred to in Article 8(3).”(1).

The words which are now to be omitted were included in the amendments to the Directive set out in the Schedule to S.I. 1994/2326.
