2.—(1) Regulation 11 of the Motor Vehicle Tyres (Safety) Regulations 1994(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (1) and (2) for “1st January 1997” in both places where those words occur, there shall be substituted “1st July 1997”.
