Forms and procedures for demanding payment
10. For the purposes of demanding payments due to a local authority under this Order, regulations 20 to 25 and 27 of, and Schedule 1 to, the 1992 Regulations shall apply in respect of water services charges as those provisions apply in respect of the council water charge for the year prior to the relevant year.
