Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private Water Supplies (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 20th August 1998.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Private Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1).
