The Ecclesiastical Judges, Legal Officers and Others (Fees) Order 1999 No. 2110

SCHEDULE 2 Amendments to the Ecclesiastical Judges and Legal Officers (Fees) Order 1998

1.  In Article 1 the following words shall be inserted at the end–

“and by Diocesan Boards of Finance in respect of the matters specified in Part II of Table I of the Schedule”.

2.  In Article 4, the words “(other than a fee specified in Part II of Table I of the Schedule)” shall be inserted after the words “to this Order”.

3.  In Table I of the Schedule, the heading “Part I” shall be inserted below the words “Care of Cathedrals (Supplementary Provisions) Measure 1994(1) (including appeals)”, and at the end there shall be inserted a new Part II of the Table in the same terms as Part II of Table I of Schedule 1 to this Order.
