In regulation 2 M1 (manner of making application for review or further review and time limits), for the words–
(a)“a social fund officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ an appropriate officer ”; and
(b)“the social fund officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate officer ”.
