Revocation
2.—(1) The Undersized Whiting Order 1992(1) is hereby revoked, except in so far as it:
(a)forms part of the law of Scotland; or
(b)has effect in relation to Wales.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), “Wales” has the same meaning as in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 1998(2).
