Regulations relating to general food hygiene, temperature control and fish and shellfish hygiene: consequential provisions

5.—(1) The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995(1) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 3.

(2) The Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995(2) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 3.

(3) The Food Safety (Fishery Products and Live Shellfish) (Hygiene) Regulations 1998(3) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Schedule 3.
