1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults and Care Standards Tribunal (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 11th January 2005.
(2) In these Regulations, “the Tribunal Regulations” means the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults and Care Standards Tribunal Regulations 2002(1).
