2. In Schedule 1 to the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc) (Modification) Order 1999(1) (employment to which this order applies: employers immediately before the relevant event), in section 10 (miscellaneous bodies) after paragraph 17A insert—
