INFORMATION IN THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCEU.K.

The information to be contained in a certificate of compliance is as follows—

(a)the name and address of the person who issues the certificate;

(b)the name and address of the person in respect of whom the certificate is issued;

(c)the date of the certificate;

(d)a statement by the person who is required under [F1regulation 19] to submit the certificate of compliance that the reuse, recovery and recycling obligations have been met.
