1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Administration and Sale or Supply) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 17th November 2006.
(2) In this Order—
“the POM Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997(1); and
“the Pharmacy and General Sale Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale—Exemption) Order 1980(2).
