The Secretary of States makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1).
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Revocation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.
2. The Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Transformational Grant Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005 which authorised a joint scheme entered into between the National Lottery Charities Board and the New Opportunities Fund. Those bodies will be dissolved on the day this Order comes into force and will be replaced by the Big Lottery Fund established by section 14 of the National Lottery Act 2006.
1993 c. 39; Schedule 3A was inserted by section 12(3) of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Lottery Act 1998 (c. 22). By virtue of section 60(3A) and (3B) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (inserted by section 15(5) of the 1998 Act) this Order shall be laid before each House of Parliament.
