1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programme of Study in Modern Foreign Languages in respect of the Third Key Stage) (England) Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st August 2008.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
