35. Schedule 4 shall have effect.
Reference to the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland
36. Until paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(1) comes into force, the reference in article 34(11) to the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland is to be read as a reference to the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland.
