Provisions coming into force on 5th October 2009

2.  Sections 13 to 16(1) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006 shall come into force on 5th October 2009.

By section 41(1) and (3) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, sections 13 to 16 extend only to England and Wales and apply only in relation to places in England and things done in or in respect of England.
