1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase (Inquiries Procedure) (Wales) Rules 2010 and will come into force on 31 January 2011.
(2) Subject to rule 24(3), these Rules apply where the Welsh Ministers cause a public local inquiry to be held pursuant to section 5 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981(1).
