SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the Insolvency Rules 1986

Amendments to Rule 6.10

307.—(1) Rule 6.10 (procedure for presentation and filing) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1), for “affidavit” substitute “a statement of truth”.

(3) In paragraph (3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), at the end add “and”; and

(b) omit sub-paragraph (b).

(4) In paragraph (6)—

(a) after “2” insert “business”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a), for “10” substitute “7 business”.
