The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20(2) and 21(1) of, and Schedule 4 to, the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1).
1992 c. 13; Schedule 4 was amended by paragraph 44 of Schedule 9 to the Learning and Skills Act 2000(c. 21) and by paragraphs 2 and 12 of Schedule 6, and paragraph 15 of Schedule 8, to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22) ; see section 61(1) for the meaning of “regulations”.
