Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 6th April 2011.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” mean the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010(1).
(3) These Regulations extend to Jersey.
