14.—(1) The Marine Minerals Regulations are revoked.

(2) The Welsh Marine Minerals Regulations are revoked.

15.  The Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009(1) are revoked.
