Amendments to paragraph 2 of Schedule 1

9.  In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c), after “Certificate of Posting”, insert “free of charge”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), after the semi-colon, insert “and”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (d), for “; and” substitute a full-stop; and

(d) omit sub-paragraph (e).
