These Regulations revoke and replace with amendments the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/2111).
These Regulations list authorised fuels for the purposes of Part 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993. Four additional fuels are authorised and have been inserted into the Schedule in paragraphs 18, 19, 35 and 36.
A full impact assessment has not been produced as no impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
