Amendment of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Appeals under Part 2) Order 2003

2.—(1) The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Appeals under Part 2) Order 2003(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 11 (leave to appeal to Supreme Court), before “33” insert “13B(4),(2)”.
(3) In article 12 (application for leave to appeal), in paragraph (1), before “33” insert “13B(4),”.
(4) In article 14 (presence at hearing), before “33” insert “13B(4),”.
