PART 1 Introduction

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Water Mergers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 18th December 2015.

Amendment of subordinate legislation

2.—(1) The Water Mergers (Modification of Enactments) Regulations 2004(1) are amended in accordance with Part 2.

(2) The Enterprise Act 2002 (Merger Fees and Determination of Turnover) Order 2003(2) is amended in accordance with Part 3.
