The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Damages Act 1996(1), having consulted the Government Actuary and the Treasury in accordance with section 1(4) of that Act:
1996 c. 48. Section 1(5) was substituted by article 4 of, and paragraph 126 of Schedule 2 to, S.I. 1999/1820. Section 1(6) was inserted by article 15(5) of, and paragraphs 54 and 55 of Part 1 of Schedule 18 to, S.I. 2010/976.
