4.  In section 376 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1) (continuation of contracts of long-term insurance where insurer in liquidation), in subsection (12) for the words from “section 167 of” to the end substitute “Article 142 of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1989 Order.”.
