1.  In the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 2003(1)—

(a) in article 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation), for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”,

(b) in the table in Schedule 1 (parts of the register)—

(i) in column 1 omit “Part 16–Social Workers”,

(ii) in column 2 omit “Social Worker”.
